Protect your home or business with a beautifully installed CCTV system designed around your property, your lifestyle and the areas that matter most. Echo14 designs and installs premium Luma Surveillance systems throughout London and Surrey, combining intelligent detection, secure local recording, remote access and dependable ongoing support.
For a limited time, basic installation is included with qualifying new Luma CCTV systems when you take a 24-month Echo14 Care Plan. The Care Plan includes remote system-health monitoring, support during normal working hours and suitable firmware maintenance. It is charged at £5 + VAT per camera per month, subject to a minimum charge of £25 including VAT, and is available following a site survey.
We offer complimentary CCTV surveys across West London and Surrey, subject to location and availability. During the survey, we review your property, discuss the areas you would like to protect and recommend a system that balances coverage, image quality, appearance and long-term reliability.
Every property is different, which is why we design each CCTV system around the building, its surroundings and the way you want to use it. We consider camera positions, lighting, privacy, recording requirements, network infrastructure and the appearance of the finished installation before recommending the right equipment.
Luma Surveillance systems provide clear, dependable video with intelligent detection to help distinguish relevant activity from less important movement. You can view live footage, review recordings and receive alerts remotely, while recordings are stored locally on the system for dependable access when you need them.
Echo14 installs CCTV with the same care and attention to detail that we bring to every smart-home and AV project. Equipment is positioned discreetly, cabling is routed neatly and the completed system is configured, tested and demonstrated so that you know how to use it with confidence.
With an Echo14 Care Plan, we can monitor the operational health of your CCTV system remotely and provide support during normal working hours. We can investigate suitable system alerts and carry out compatible firmware updates remotely where supported, helping to keep your CCTV system reliable over time.
We also design and install integrated door-entry systems, allowing you to see and speak to visitors before granting access. Depending on the property and your requirements, door entry can work alongside CCTV, smart locks, Control4 and other connected-home systems.
Our process begins with a conversation about your property and priorities, followed by a survey and considered system design. We then provide a clear proposal, complete the installation with minimal disruption and give you a full handover once everything has been tested.
Echo14 is based in West London and works with homeowners, property professionals and small businesses across London, Surrey and selected projects elsewhere in the UK. Every enquiry is assessed individually so that we can confirm whether a survey and installation are practical for your location.
CCTV designed around your property
From a discreet system for a town house or apartment to a comprehensive solution for a larger property, we design CCTV around the areas that matter most. This may include entrances, driveways, gardens, side access, garages, outbuildings and other vulnerable areas.
Clear information when you need it
A well-designed CCTV system should provide useful information without becoming intrusive or difficult to manage. Luma systems allow you to view live footage, review recordings and receive relevant alerts remotely, while intelligent detection can help reduce unnecessary notifications.
Recordings are stored locally on the CCTV system, providing dependable access to footage without relying solely on cloud storage. We configure recording, retention and remote access around your requirements, available storage and the design of the system.
You can access the system remotely through the appropriate application, allowing you to check your property, review recordings and manage alerts when you are away. Where appropriate, CCTV can also be integrated with Control4 and other connected-home systems.
A considered installation from Echo14
The quality of a CCTV system depends on more than the cameras themselves. We consider viewing angles, lighting conditions, cable routes, network performance, equipment locations and the appearance of the finished installation, helping to ensure that the system performs well and looks right within your property.
Once the installation is complete, we configure and test the system, set up remote access where required and demonstrate the main functions to you. We also provide guidance on day-to-day use so that you can view footage, manage alerts and get the most from your system.

CCTV installation questions
How much does CCTV installation cost?
The cost depends on the size of the property, the number and type of cameras, the complexity of the installation and the recording and network equipment required. We provide a clear proposal following a survey, with any non-standard installation work identified separately before you proceed.
Do you offer free CCTV surveys?
Yes. Complimentary CCTV surveys are available across West London and Surrey, subject to location and availability. We use the survey to understand your requirements, assess the property and identify the most suitable camera positions and installation approach.
Does the Echo14 Care Plan involve watching my cameras?
No. The Care Plan monitors the operational health and availability of the supported equipment. It does not involve watching live camera footage, monitoring your property for intruders or providing security-guard or emergency response services.
What is included in the basic installation?
Basic installation includes standard installation of the agreed CCTV equipment using reasonable access and suitable existing infrastructure. Specialist access equipment, extensive cable routes, building works, decoration, unusual mounting requirements and other non-standard work are quoted separately following the survey.
Can CCTV work with Control4 or other smart-home systems?
Yes, where the equipment and system design support it. Echo14 can integrate suitable CCTV and door-entry systems with Control4 and other connected-home platforms, allowing security-related information and controls to work alongside your wider smart-home system.
What happens after the 24-month Care Plan?
The Care Plan can continue after the initial 24-month term on a rolling monthly basis, subject to the agreed terms. You can contact Echo14 before the end of the initial term if you would like to review the service, make changes or discuss any additional support requirements.
Can Echo14 support an existing CCTV system?
We may be able to support an existing CCTV system, subject to its manufacturer, condition, configuration and remote-management capabilities. We will assess the system during an initial conversation or survey and confirm what support can reasonably be provided before including it in a Care Plan.
